Products on our site are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. While you are in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item.

At this time, we are only accepting orders from residents that live in the United States.

All orders are shipped via USPS. The shipping rate will reflect on what are you live in, which is calculated at the time of checkout. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, and up to 7 business days for delivery.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured, and the buyer assume all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Stash House will gladly exchange an item for online store credit only. Before sending the item back, please email our Returns Department at returns@stashhouseshop.com within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

Packages sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. Stash House must receive the returned item(s) within 7 days of return authorization.
